On the eve of New Year, the sparkle and joy of Christmas fills the heart of millions of people around the world who celebrate Christmas Day.

We live in a golden age of technological, medical, scientific and social progress, however millions of people around the globe are trapped in conflict, hardship and suffering and are deprived to access appropriate healthcare. Christmas is a good opportunity to show unreserved mercy and compassion for other people, do our best to end health disparities and to create health equity around the globe.
